Shaun Tillman is a Florida native. After graduating high school in Branford Florida Shaun turned his part time job into a full time job and started his career working for a general contractor. Wanting to expand his knowledge, Shaun decided to explore the electrical field and signed up for the 4-year apprenticeship program to be an Electrician at CTAE. After graduating the program, Shaun quickly moved up in the electrical industry and because of his attention to detail, he went from doing service calls to running large commercial projects. Some noteworthy projects include Shands Hospital and the Frank DeLuca YMCA.
After 11 years as an electrician, Shaun brought his leadership skills to the Dinkins Construction team as a superintendent. He is an excellent scheduler and understands the workflow of a job site from start to finish. He is an expert in the MEP trades. One of his best qualities is a customer service mindset and that he truly cares about people.
His father, who is a southern Baptist preacher and a general contractor, gets credit for giving Shaun solid roots and a strong work ethic. When Shaun isn’t working he gives his free time to help out in anyway he can at with the yearly live nativity scene and various community outreach ministries through Good Shepard Church. Shaun has a beautiful wife Lisa and 2 kids, Erica and Connor. Shaun enjoys spending the weekends with his family on the beach, on the boat, and riding in the woods in his jeep.
