Kevin has been in the construction industry for 30 years. He started his career in Indianapolis as a materials and equipment manager and worked his way into project management. Before joining Dinkins over 12 years ago, he worked on the Indianapolis Convention Center. Kevin helps to manage the pre-construction services. During the project, he will be on site as much as needed and meet with the Superintendent and Subcontractors to confirm progress and quality control. He will also approve daily logs, schedules, and budgets. To insure proper financial controls are maintained, Kevin reviews invoices to ensure the work billed is actually work completed, creates construction schedules to ensure a timely construction project, and approves project submittals.
Kevin has 2 teenage daughters that he spends a lot of his time with. His favorite pastimes are playing his guitar and practicing his golf game.
