Heidi got started in the construction industry by helping Chap with bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Also an alumnus of UCF, Heidi spent the first part of her professional career as a full time mother and homemaker. To stay active, she volunteered with Interfaith Emergency Services and at Eighth Street Elementary. When the recent recession forced Chap to downsize staff, Heidi quickly rolled up her sleeves and put her finance degree and administrative skills to work.

 

Heidi is very talented at keeping the details and accounting of the job reports accurate and balanced to the penny. She maintains all the subcontractor insurances and reconciles their pay applications each month. She facilitates our Direct Purchase Orders for Owners and provides the monthly reports and draw requests.

Heidi enjoys reading and baking and spending time with family. She knows that the service we provide is the reason the clients hire us. She sets an example of service for the rest of the to follow and knows that being available and finding solutions for the client is why we are in business.
